Antonius Andre Zaoputra (Graduate School of Science and Engineering) Receives Student Presentation Award at 67th Conference of Japan Society of Coordination Chemistry

From September 16 to 18, 2017, the 67th Conference of Japan Society of Coordination Chemistry was held at Hokkaido University, where Antonius Andre Zaoputra of the Graduate School of Science and Engineering received the Student Presentation Award.

Zaoptra discovered that a 6-hpa ligand binuclear nickel complex generates highly reactive oxidation species by reacting with hydrogen peroxide, and proposed its reaction mechanism by detecting various types of intermediates using a spectroscopic technique.
